Assembly Silo Storage System

The assembly silo storage system is suitable for bulk materials, like cereal feed, as well as powder materials in agriculture. Features
1. The assembly silo storage system is designed with the galvanizing wall sheets which are connected together with common or high strength bolts.
2. The thickness of the wall is made dependent on the swelling tension.
3. The external vertical stiffeners are strong enough to bear vertical friction.
4. The cutting face is Z-shaped.
5. There are spherical waterproof washers in the bolt holes and waterproof mastic bars between every two pieces of silo sheets.
6. The silo roof is supported by the radial beam.

Composition
1. The hopper of the storage device is composed of heeling, ring beam, conical plate, lacing wire, etc.
2. The heeling is manufactured from the H shaped steel in order to improve safety and reliability of the steel structure.
3. The ring beam adopts channel steel via compressing to support silo as well as to connect heeling and conical plate.
4. The conical plate is fully assembled with the characteristics of good erection, beautiful appearance, practicality, safety and reliability.
5. The main parts and roof of this silo storage system are made of galvanizing board or spares.
