1. TQLZ Series High Efficient Vibrating Sieve
This product comes with double vibrating motors for alternate motion. The big, small and light impurities as well as dust can be cleaned thoroughly owing to the sifting motion of this product. They can be eliminated completely by connecting the vibrating screen with the air aspiration channel or air cycling separating device. This vibrating separating unit can be used to separate particles in grains, beans, oil crops, and other materials which are commonly used in flour mill, oil press and animal feed industries.

Main Structure
The vibrating sieve is mainly designed with feeding system, screen, rack, driving system, discharging unit and an optional vertical suction duct. The feeding system evenly distributes materials on the screen which has two layers. Materials travel through the upper layer into the lower layer.

Larger impurities will be expelled out from the outlet of the upper layer while smaller ones and fine granules will be exhausted from the outlet of the lower layer. Materials on the lower surface will be discharged from the rear part of the screen. Light impurities and dust will go through further elimination when passing through the vertical suction duct.

Application Range
This type of vibrating sieve will screen materials via radial and parabolic vibration. It features high yield, low power consumption and great cleaning effects while generating no flying powder.

Our vibrating screen is primarily employed for preliminarily cleaning and grading cereals plus rice of various kinds, as well as for sorting large, medium and small impurities in wheat, rice, corn and beans. The vibrating separating unit can also be used to store or clean food, feed, coupled with raw materials of chemical industry. It can be equipped with variable screen plates in accordance with the size of materials to be cleaned, as well as different cleaning demands.

2. TQLM Series Rotary Sieve
This product eliminates impurities in grain, as its body moves in a plane circle. The thorough removal of big, small and light impurities, as well as dust can be realized via the sifting motion or the help of air aspiration channel or air cycling separating unit. This product is an ideal choice for separation of particles in rice,flour,oil,animal feet,etc.

Features
1. On one screen body, there can be three motion trails. The feeding end of the screen body swings from side to side, which is good for material distribution and automatic grading.
2. The middle part of the sieve body makes planar circular motion which is conductive to material separation.
3. The discharging end of this vibrating screen body features reciprocating motion forwards and backwards, which is beneficial for discharge of large impurities.
4. The sealed screen body is equipped with dust collecting devices at the front and back parts to lower dust leakage.
5. The screen body is hung with the wire rope in four corners. The operation is stable and the lifespan is prolonged.

3. SCY Series Cylinder Pre-cleaning Sieve
This product is mounted in the grain receiving section. The screen cloth of the inner screen cylinder is capable of separating large impurities from grains during pre-cleaning phase, including straw, paper scrap, wood pieces, corn straw and cob, etc. Screen plate of the outer screen cylinder can remove small impurities in the cereals. The dedusting mechanism is able to get rid of dust and light impurities in the cereals. Additionally, the use of this screen can relieve the burden of downstream machines and conveyors so as to protect them from operation faults and possible damages.
