Introduction and Application
The small complete set of pellet equipment is moveable and specially designed for pelletizing production. The main devices include the crusher, cyclone separator, surge bin, feeder, ZLSP-300B pellet machine, vibrating screen, bag type dust collector, chassis and electric cabinet. This product can process sawdust, twigs, stalks and straws into biomass pellets. It is also capable of making animal feed pellets from rice husks, peanut shells, forage and so on.

Features
1. The gear of the gearbox is manufactured from the premium quality alloy steel with the surface treated with the carburizing and quenching technique. It also goes through grinding and refining processing. The gear of the pellet equipment comes with characteristics of steady transmission, low noise, great bearing capacity, low temperature rise and long life span.
2. The main shaft is equipped with the heavy duty bearing which can withstand great axial force and work for a longer time.
3. The press roller adopted by the pellet equipment has a big diameter, thus it brings out great production capacity, high granulating speed, uniform pellets and high pellet intensity.
4. The press roller and flat die are abrasion resistant, treated with corresponding techniques. Both sides of the flat die can be used, thus greatly prolonging the lifespan of the flat die.
5. All the bearings are well sealed for dust prevention. In this way, the working environments of bearings are improved and the operation life of bearings is effectively extended.
6. The diameter of pellets can be made between 6 and 12mm, the density is from 1.1 to 1.3 t/m3, as well as the moisture content is not more than 8%.
7. The overall size of this product is 3720 ×2080×2080 mm, and the total power is 40.65 kW.
8. The small moveable pellet equipment boasts stable feed-in ability. The screw elevator is convenient for adjustment. The adoption of frequency converter ensures consistent and stable adjustment of feed-in capacity. This guarantees sufficient material supply and prevents surplus feedstock. Based on these advantages, the pellet machine is able to work under perfect conditions.
9. The machines can be started or stopped in sequence either manually or automatically. This function is capable of remarkably enhancing the working efficiency. Additionally, the automatic startup system will make alarms once there is any accident.
10. The maximum height of the pellet equipment can be adjusted, making encasement and shipment easier.
11. The bag type dust collector is mainly for collection of chippings. The chippings are collected into the bag type dust collector with the assistance of a fan. Thus, the content of dust in the air can be reduced, supplying a clean working environment.

Principles of Electronic Control and Methods of Operation
The small complete set of movable pellet equipment comes with advanced and reliable control system.

The AT or MT changeover switch controller is especially adopted. When the MT type is used, each device will be run separately. That the green indicator light is on means the machine is started, or else the red light is on.

If the AT type is adopted, as soon as the green button is pressed down, all devices will be booted up in the following order, bag type dust collector →pellet machine →crusher →vibrating screen →feeder →screw elevator. If the red button is pressed down, machines will be stopped in a time-lapse way in such a sequence crusher →screw elevator →feeder →vibrating screen →pellet machine →bag type dust collector.

If manual operation method is adopted, all machines will be started in following steps, bag type dust collector → pellet machine →crusher →vibrating screen →feeder →screw elevator. Attention should be paid to the fact that the booting interval should be adjusted appropriately as required.
