Steam Cooker
The YZCL series steam cooker is one of major and vastly applied oil processing machine. It falls into the multilayer type made up of body, steam pipes, stirring system, transmission mechanism, etc. This cooker makes the flakes of raw oil materials suitable for oil pressing via a series of operations including moistening, heating, steaming and cooking procedures. Meanwhile, the oil quality is also improved. This cooking machine is excellent for a vast range of oil containing materials.
The objective of cooking is to agglomerate oil and fat, as well as supply favorable conditions to increase oil yielding rate of oil containing materials. The constitution of material blank is adjusted. With the help of moisture and temperature, the figurability and elasticity of the material blank will be made by the steam cooker to satisfy corresponding pressing requirements. The quality of crude oil will be improved so as to alleviate the burden of crude oil refining.
