2. The roller makes use of the following assembly. The spare part with a hole will swell when being heated. Then, the shaft-type spare part can be smoothly mounted into the hole. Since the spare part with the hole will shrink when being cooled, these two kinds of spare parts will be connected with each other. For this reason, the roller has strong rigidity.
3. The square bearing seat of the product makes the dancer roll run steadily, controlled reliably as well as free from possible collision.
4. The rolling bearing is lubricated with the thin oil.
5. The hydraulic system uses the intermittent control with good pressure maintaining and energy efficiency.
6. Totally enclosed, the flaker has high safety factor.
