Application
The wood debarker is suitable for newly cut softwood and some hardwood. It can also debark some frozen and dry wood. This product can supply optimum peeling effects for common wood materials, such as eucalyptus, poplar, etc. It is great for small or medium sized logs and can serve as corollary equipment for assembly line work and automatic production.

Structure and Working Principle
The trough type wood debarker comprises 5 parts, including peeling roller, feed inlet, bark discharge port, wood outlet and power transmission device. It peels the wood with the roller. The construction is simple but solid. With the strong rigidity, this product comes with low failure rate and long operation life.
Traditional drum type wood debarking equipment should be stopped when the feeding or discharging operation is carried out. Fortunately, our product is able to overcome this problem. The bark discharge port and wood outlet are separated from each other, realizing continuous running from material feeding, peeling and wood discharging to material feeding, peeling and wood discharging in a secondary cycle. The initial investment is very low.
The peeling effects can be adjusted for variable kinds of wood. The wood can be peeled regardless of length, bending degree, as well as dry and wet degrees. One wood debarker can process 50 to 80 tons of logs one day, which dramatically saves labor.
