This horizontal wheat bran finishing machine is used in flour mills to separate endosperm adhered to the bran so as to enhance flour extraction rate. As materials are hit by the adjustable plate which rotates at a high speed, bran is thrown towards the buffer board and elastic screen. With the impact of plate for many times, flour is separated from bran and falls into the discharge hopper through the screen cloth. In this process, the bran with high quality and low powder content is achieved.

This bran finishing machine is mainly used for bran finishing in head and middle grinding stages so as to alleviate load in final grinding stages. This is conductive to grinding and screening. In the final grinding stage, the wheat bran screened out by the plansifters is well treated. Additionally, the plansifters are used in the final processing steps of the break system and tail grinding system. Accordingly, the content of flour in the bran can be effectively reduced.

FPSW Series
This horizontal bran brusher is used to separate endosperm attached to the bran so as to boost flour yield. Flour particles adhered to the bran are removed with the help of rotary brush and pass through the sieve holes. The bran is still kept inside of the sieve. Thus, the flour and bran are completely separated from each other. This product is primarily applied for middle and final grinding stages of the whole process in order to further reduce the flour content of bran.
