ZLSP-Q D-Type Gasoline Pellet Mill

With the gear driven by the gasoline engine, the ZLSP-Q D-type pellet mill conducts recycling operation. The main shaft and die are made to rib with the press roller. The friction temperature between press roller and die can be over 80°C. Sawdust is shaped into high quality particles by being forced through die holes by the press roller at high temperatures. The particles roll out of the discharge port. Meanwhile, the length of particles can be adjusted by changing the position of the cutter head. This pellet press is capable of processing these particles with the diameter ranging from 2.5mm to 10mm.
