2. TQSX Gravity Destoner
The suction type gravity destoning device is primarily employed for grain processing. It has the ability to clean stones of appropriately the same size and same shape in wheat, paddy, soybean, peanut, rapeseed and rice, as well as impurities having high content.

3. TCXT Magnetic Cleaner
This product is a kind of iron removing equipment which features a simple construction, convenient operation, flexible installation, high effectiveness and reliability, and more. This product is mainly used for eliminating magnetic iron impurities including screw, bolt, nut, backup ring, scrap iron, etc.
Working Principle
The magnetic cleaner comprises the outer cylinder and magnet. As connected within the transmission duct via the upper and lower flanges, the cylinder body is one part of the duct. The magnet is installed in the center of the cylinder body, and supported on the door of the cylinder with the chassis.
The magnet is separated from materials by use of stainless steel casing and hood. The materials travel through the gap between the cylinder and casing. Since the gap is full of magnetic field, the magnetic metals mixed in the materials will be magnetized. When the magnetized metals fall down, their speed will be reduced and these metals will be absorbed to the casing surface. When cleaning the magnet, the operator only needs to open the cylinder door and revolve the magnet out of the cylinder. Then, the iron impurities on the magnet surface can be manually cleaned away.

4. Cyclone Separator
The main function of this product is to remove solid or liquid particles contained in the air of conveying media. In this way, the solid, liquid and gas separation can be carried out, thus guaranteeing normal operation of duct and equipment. Under the designed pressure and air amount, this separating device is capable of eliminating ≥10μm solid particles with 99% efficiency. If there is 15% deviation, the efficiency will be around 97%.
