1. Wheat Dampener

3. FZSW Series Wheat Fogging Dampener
This product is especially used for dampening wheat with a small amount of water before the wheat is grinded. It atomizes water into tiny water drops with diameter lower than 100 microns. Then, these water drops are sprayed to the wheat epidermis. With the water content of wheat embryo not increased, this can help increase water content of wheat cortex, soften bran and improve the intensity of cortex cellulose against mechanical damages. The bran will be kept in a complete form when the wheat is grinded, thus lowering the content of bran in flour, improving color of flour, reducing ash content in flour and boosting the quality of finished flour.

This wheat fogging dampener can also spray water during rice polishing, and add animal feed with grease, liquid or water soluble micro elements.
