The 10TPD flour mill plant is a mini unit which includes combined grain cleaning machine, wheat washing and destoning machine, flour mill, reel, fan, airlock and so on. It processes wheat via a series of procedures including screening, stone removing, washing, grinding as well as flour sieving.

2. Horizontal Series
The horizontal flour mill plant is available in 20TPD, 30TPD and 40TPD types. It is a small scale flour unit composed of cleaning sieve, wheat scourer, destoning and washing machine, magnetic separator, flour mill, high efficient plansifter, wheat brusher, flour elevator, fan, airlock, and so on. This complete set of equipment can realize wheat screening, destoning, grinding and flour sieving.
The cleaning process includes one step of screening, one step of destoning, one step of magnetic separation as well as one step of water washing. The middlings are graded before entering into the plansifter. This flour milling process involves four processing procedures by break system, one processing procedure by reduction system and one step of bran brushing by the brushing machine.
Owing to the compact structure and small volume, this flour mill plant features convenient installation and maintenance as well as easy operation. It also has a complete set of technology, and consumes less energy while supplying high production efficiency. As the fan is used for feeding, a lot of labor can be saved and workload can be reduced. 3. Steel Frame Small Scale Series
This series of flour mill plant includes 30TPD, 40TPD, 50TPD and 60TPD models. It is designed with a steel frame construction. The plansifter is placed over the platform. The outsiftings can flow into the grinding mill by themselves with the help of gravity, without being elevated. This dramatically cuts down the power of fan and simplifies ventilation net for easy operation. Middlings are graded prior to being transported to plansifter, which helps save sieving area.
Cleaning Technique
The flour mill plant has a compact structure, exquisite appearance, as well as convenient installation and operation. Its cleaning technique includes two sieving steps, two wheat scouring steps, two destoning steps, one wheat washing procedure, two magnetic separating steps and one aspirating procedure.
