SC100/100 Construction Hoist

Available in dual car configurations, the SC100/100 construction hoist offers payloads of 1000 kg/car and has a maximum lifting height of 200 m. It is safe, reliable, and efficient in performance as well as easy to maintain.

Features
1. Our construction hoist adopts a new type efficient speed reducer that reduces motor power and saves energy.

2. The transmission rack of the mast section is placed in the middle so as to decrease the unbalanced loading torque of the suspended cage, offering stable lifting.

3. Main parts of the rack and pinion hoist are made of quality 16Mn or Q345 steel to achieve enhanced structural strength and quality.

4. Various anticorrosion technologies like pickling, phosphating, paint dipping and hot-dip galvanizing are applied so that the lifting equipment is more durable.

5. The access door is pulled up and down. This design facilitates using and reduces failure rate.

6. This construction hoist can be configured with an automatic failure detection, display and alarm system as well as a variable frequency speed control system.
