Features
1. This 8-10 ton tower crane adopts the lifting arm and balance arm in cantilever structure so that the lifting modules are greatly reduced. Hence, the installation and disassembly of this engineering equipment are safer, easier and more flexible.
2. The lifting arm is made of variable cross section material and it adopts cantilever structure, which is rational for bearing stress and extends the lifespan of the lifting arm. Furthermore, the lifting arms in different length can get easily combined to suit customers' requirements.
3. The ultra long arm of the tower crane is designed with a wire rope support trolley that works at half of the speed of variable amplitude trolley, achieving optimal rope supporting effect. We have applied for a national patent for this structure.
4. The hoisting mechanism is regulated by variable frequency drive system or eddy current braking resistor, offering fine lifting property.
5. The slewing mechanism is controlled by a torque motor or a winding motor with hydraulic coupler. It runs smoothly with little impact.
6. Our tower crane is equipped with all necessary safety devices that are highly dependable and also convenient to be adjusted. The security monitoring and management system as well as the medium or low-pressure hydraulic system further ensure the safety and stability.
7. The industrial crane is designed with various mounting brackets to ensure installation quality and save installation time.
