Our three-roll hydraulic plate bending machine is one of our most popular bending brakes, and is a kind of symmetrical plate rolling machine. The top roll can carry out both vertical motion and horizontal motion, and these movements are realized by the action of hydraulic oil on piston rod. The lower roll rotates and supplies torque for bending process with the help of speed reducer. Additionally, the hydraulic roll bending machine is designed with adjustable support rolls under the lower roll. The top roll is drum-shaped, and it improves the straightness of final product. Based on these features, this three roll hydraulic plate bending machine is very suitable for the bending process of ultra long cylinders with different cross sections.
