The raw material of the ceramic opaque frit consists of feldspar, quartz, dolomite, zirconium silicate, titanium oxide, etc. After being mixed, it is put into the frit furnace for the process with high temperature of 1550℃ to 1600℃ and the heat preservation treatment for 24 hours. The finished product is the transparent granular vitreous solid. It is used for the allocation of opacifying overglaze of single firing and double firing wall tile, floor tile and external tile.
Our ceramic opaque frit adopts the high quality raw material supplied with large quantity. For the high grade and less impurity content of the raw material, our product has high whiteness, wide firing range and stable quality. It is divided into two categories of zirconium opacifying type and composite opacifying type with the models of WF-995, WF-9863 and WF-993.
