Hot Rolled Steel Coil

The hot rolled steel coil uses the slab, especially the continuous casting billet as raw materials. After heating, the materials will be made into strip steel by roughing mill and finishing mill sets. The hot strip steel coming out of the last finishing mill will be cooled through laminar flow to reach the setting temperature. The strip steel coil will be made by coiler machine.

According to diversified demands of customers, the cooled strip steel coil will be processed into steel plate, smooth steel coil, slitting steel strip and other products in different finishing lines like smoothing, straightening, crosscutting or slitting, inspecting, weighing, packing, marking and so on.

This product is characterized by high strength and excellent toughness. It is easy to be processed and welded with high performance.
