Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil
The hot dip galvanized steel coil is the sheet steel conglutinated with zinc coating after immerging in the tank of molten zinc. Nowadays, the continuous galvanization is commonly used to dip the coiled steel plate in zinc plating tank constantly. There is another kind of product processed by hot dip galvanization, the alloyed galvanized steel sheet. After leaving the tank, however, this product needs heating up to 500ºC to generate the alloy coating of zinc and iron. It owns outstanding adhesion to coating and excellent weldability.
The hot dip galvanized steel coil is popularized in manufacturing frame of window, home appliance, galvanized pressed tile, automotive sheet, etc. It is also the raw material for colorful coating.
