QT5-25 Automatic Block Making Machine

The QT5-25 automatic block making machine was put on the market in 2004, and it was upgraded for several times after receiving customers’ feedback. In 2006, the balance system was changed from balancing arm to rack-and-pinion gearset, and grease type vibrator was replaced by oil immersed type in 2008 to prolong its life span, while a motor was adopted by the sliding lathe to deliver blocks in 2009.

Functions
This equipment is able to fabricate blocks that have various shapes and specifications, and user just needs to change the mould. With a total power of 23.5kW, it can produce 5700-9000 pieces of hollow blocks for an 8-hour shift. Meanwhile, due to the safety logic control, many functions are achieved by the computer, such as fault diagnosis, failure alarming, etc. Thus, user will be informed about the root causes and possible solutions when misoperation occurs.
