RTV 100% SILICONE SEALANT

Properties
1.The product is one-component RTV silicone sealant, which has not odour of vinegar after curing.
2. It can substitute for imported products of same kind used in expensive cars because it adopts international advanced technology and imported raw materials.
3. Its working temperature can reach over 343℃(650℉),and it is particularly good at oil resistance.
4. Because of its thixotropy and stagnation, it can be the substitution for gasket,and machinery using the product are easilydismantled under repair.

Uses
The silicone sealant can be used for the seal of cover joint of automobile, motorcycle and all kinds of hydraulic machinery, water pump, oil pump, hydraulic pump and air compressor etc.

Applications
The product can replace rubber gasket, asbestos gasket, cork and paper gasket, it can be use for the seal of cover joint of engine, gear case and casing in automobile, motorcycle and other machinery, To the seal of various parts of machinery, the sie and shape of joint cover require no definition(sealed interval≤6mm).

Instructions
1. Keep the surface dry and clean by clearing away greasy dirt and dust.
2. Smear the silicone sealant on the surface as a continuing gum turn.
3. Fixed by bolt according to common practice.
4. Not until it cures completely(≥24h).can the product form elastic gasket to have sealing and leakproof effect.

Notes
1.Because of its odor of volatility, the silicone sealant must be kept well ventilated.
2. Try to avoid your skin touching sealant for long time. And once it gets into eyes accidentally, flush with water or go to see the doctor immediately.
3. Not to be touched by children, as well as not to be taken orally.
4. Seal up the remainder restrictedly and store it in cool, dry and draughty places.

Storage
Keep in dry place and keep a storage temperature below 25℃ to prolong its service life; 14 months guarantee.

Packing
25gram/32gram/85gram/95gram/100gram by alumunium tube with blister, 230ml, 280ml, 300ml, 310ml by plastic cartridge.

Tube: 12 tubes in a box, 12 boxes in a master carton.

Cartridge: 24 cartridges in a box, 2000 cartons in a 1*20 foot.

Color: Red, black, white, transparent, grey, blue or on request.
