1. This silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide flue gas desulfurization nozzle is mainly used for flue gas desulphurization and denitrification treatment in thermal power plants. It can be widely found in desulphurization towers.
2. The delivery pump transfers the lime slurry to the desulphurization tower. Through this flue gas desulfurization nozzle for spray atomization, the lime slurry can react to the sulfur-containing flue gas. Then, the sulfur is removed from flue gas, and the flue gas is purified.
3. Our flue gas desulfurization nozzle can effectively guard against the attack by acids and alkalis. Also, it is able to resist the abrasion of lime slurry. Its service life can reach 6 to 8 years.
4. By far, our product has been designed with dozens of specifications. It has gone through wet forming process, as well as the vacuum nitriding and sintering process.
