Manufacturing Technique
This silicon nitride ceramic ball bearing is a kind of fine ceramics that is sintered at high temperature in the non-oxidizing atmosphere. It has gone through both cold isostatic pressing process and gas pressure sintering process. Its diameter ranges from 2mm to 50mm.
Distinguished Properties
1. Our silicon nitride ceramic ball bearing has high strength and great abrasion resistance. Also, it can resist high temperature, corrosion, acids and alkalis.
2. In addition, this product possesses strong adaptability to seawater. It shows satisfactory performance of both electrical and magnetic insulation. At 1000 degrees Celsius, its strength and hardness are almost invariant, and its density is 3.20g/cm3. Its unit weight is nearly one third of the bearing steel.
3. Due to low centrifugal force when rotating, this product is able to realize high-speed operation. With the property of good self-lubrication, it can be applied in the no-lubricant and high-pollution environment.
