Ice Crusher

The ice crusher is our newly designed product and has been improved on the surface through special technology. Its outer shape is unique and has been applied for patent. Operation Instruction
1. Before using our ice crusher, you should read the instruction carefully to know the structure, performance of the product and to get familiar with the main accessories and relevant safety operation. Then, you can exert the function to the extent that the machine can be.
2. The machine should be mounted on the worktable with enough supporting force and kept proper distance away from the ground.
3. Before turning on the power supply, you should check whether the used power voltage matches the service voltage of the product. Meanwhile, you should make sure that the socket meets the safety standard. The leakage protection switch and ground wire should have been mounted already. All the installation should be confirmed to fit for the power requirements.
4. Before turning on the ice crusher, you should crush the ice block into smaller one with the diameter of about 20mm. Then, the smaller ice block can be put into the ice container. It is appropriate when the top of the ice just exceeds the edge of the ice container.
5. You should note that turn on the power switch first and that the handle on the martial pressing cover can be pressed downward until the motor drives the cutter head to rotate. Then, the ice block can be crushed through the blade on the fastening rotary cutter head. You can not exert too large force onto the handle to avoid locked rotor causing damage to the motor. Meanwhile, you should note the remaining amount of the ice in the ice container and add new ice block.
6. The crushed ice cube flows into the plate through outlet of the ice crusher. The outlet should be smooth without blockage. Otherwise, the cutter head would be stuck and the motor would be burnt out. If the cutter head is stuck, you should lift up the handle, turn off the power, pull out the plug and solve the problem immediately.
7. The coarse degree and fineness of the ice cube can be controlled through adjusting the height of the blade edge protruding from the cutter head. You can dismount the plastic tray protecting the switch device first, loose the screw fixing the bend pipe, pull out the ice container and loose fastening screw of he cutter head. Then you can take down the cutter head. Loose the forcing screw and adjust the blade according to your needs. Then, mount the accessories back to the original places in sequence.

Cautions
1. To ensure the safety, it is forbidden to use the hand press the ice block directly.
2. The ice crusher must be cleaned after being used every time. You should turn off the main power switch and pull out the plug. Then, use clean cloth to dry the water on the machine. After finishing the cleaning, the material pressing cover must be lifted up.
3. The cleaning agent can not be used for cleaning the machine for preventing the residual cleaning agent on the machine causing pollution. You can not flush the product with water directly. Otherwise the electrical component would dampen to affect normal use and damage the product.
4. The designed duty cycle of the motor is 80%. Long time continuous work is improper. After working for an hour continuously, the machine should stop working for a rest for twenty minutes before starting working again. To do so, the lifespan of the motor can be prolonged largely.
5. All the work such as cleaning, check, maintenance, replacing blade or clearing ice slag should be done only after turning off the power and pulling out the plug. It is not allowed that the machine runs with no load for a long time.
