SY-11 Pneumatic Free Fall Shock Machine

The SY-11 pneumatic free fall shock machine is a newly-designed type of shock and bump test equipment. It features simple operation, convenient maintenance, and high degree of automation. The tester is suitable for all sorts of shock tests such as the conventional half-sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave, square wave, and more.

Functions and Characteristics The pressure driven device has simple structure and high reliability. It produces no pollution, thus securing a clean and healthy environment.
This pneumatic free fall shock machine can significantly improve its impact test efficiency. Its maximum collision frequency reaches 100times/min.
It is extremely easy to realize large pulse width and small overload test.
With high shock velocity, the shock tester adopted can substitute for a collision table. It gives higher reliability and better collision waveform when compared to a motor-driven or hydraulic drive collision table.
The pneumatic free fall shock machine allows shock velocity to be controlled by adjusting gas pressure. It is convenient to adjust collision speed.
