Hot Rolled Chequered Plate

The hot rolled chequered plate has pattern on the surface with the shape of rhombus, round bean or lentil. Because of the protrusion on the surface generating non-slip effect, it can be used as the floor board, workshop stair, pedal of work bench, ship deck, car floor, etc. The specification of the product is measured by the basic thickness regardless of the thickness of the protrusion. There are totally 10 kinds ranging from 2.5mm to 8mm. And the pattern on the surface of the product is generally lentil shape.

Note:
1. The width of the hot rolled chequered plate ranges from 600mm to 1800mm with difference value of 50mm. The length is from 2000mm to 12000mm with the difference value of 100mm.
2. The height of the pattern should not be less than 0.2 times of the thickness of base plate.
3. The material grades for the product mainly are Q235B and Q345B.
4. The mechanical property of the product is not guaranteed necessarily. If the customers have the requirements, the specific details are determined in accordance with the provisions of related standard or through the mutual negotiation.
5. The chequered plate is delivered in hot rolled state.
6. It is delivered in coil shape mostly.
