The sculptured frame still need to be polishing finished. We have 12 steps for polishing, and we require that each step can not be done until the traces left by previous step disappeared. The last step is required to utilize the finest sandpaper to perfect the surface of the wood frame. Finally, we will coat the wood frame with environment friendly paint, for the purposes of resisting corrosion, strong acid or alkali, moisture, electricity, high temperature, and some others.

1. The first layer of our classical wood frame sofa is the wood sculptured frame. By means of high temperature steam drying technology, it can guard against moth, mildew, and compression. Its surface is subjected to polishing treatment.
2. The second layer is the high-grade steel spring, instead of the ordinary medium-soft spring. The increased-density and large-core steel spring after several times of high temperature treatment has high elasticity. The springs are cross linked to form a network, which makes the entire load be stable and uniformly distributed.
3. The third layer of classical wood frame sofa is made up of the 40 high density of sponge, which has high elasticity, good air permeability and medium softness. It can be guaranteed not to deform for five years at least.
4. The fourth, fifth and sixth layers in order are the cellucotton, the magic fabric, as well as the flocking fabric or leather.
