Classical Carved Bed

We adopt wooden or stainless steel material as the frame of our classical carved bed. We have rigorous requirements about the surface of spare parts, such as the frame, armrest, and decorating parts. In addition, these parts call for complex technique. Some of them require the solid wood to be bended, while some others need to be specially treated.

Production Process
1. Making a correct list of ingredients, a drawing of material discharge, as well as a template of curved parts are the major measures to properly utilize the material and improve the working efficiency.
2. At first, a frame of this classical carved bed is formed by the plate material, curved parts, and the square material that have been prepared. In addition, it is sealed with a bottom plate.
3. Then, we respectively nail the elastic and gauze, as well as glue the thin or thick sponge onto the frame, so as to get the frame ready to be covered with leather.
4. In compliance with the requirement of the list of ingredients, we will tailor the leather based on the template. Each piece of natural leather must be inspected to make sure there is no scratch or stain. It should be also precisely measured to avoid wasting the material. The tailoring of outer coating is a key point to control the cost of production.
5. In general, we firstly nail an inner coating to the frame adhered with sponge. Next, an outer coating is covered and fixed. Then, we add the decorating parts. After that, we nail the base fabric and mount the feet. Finally, the finished classical carved bed is inspected before being packed and entering the warehouse.

Materials
1. Outer layer of leather: The contact surface of backrest adopts imported leather. It has uniform stripe, nice glossiness, great flexibility, high comfort, brilliant color, bacteria resistance, and good permeability. The bed body utilizes the imitation leather, which is characterized by fine texture, even thickness, great tearing strength. It offers such advantages as high durability, easy maintenance, and scratch resistance, among others.
2. Timber: The bed frame makes use of solid wood. The skeleton of head of a classical carved bed is formed by square timber. It is sealed with plywood. After being dried by our advanced drying equipment, the moisture content of timber can surpass the national standard. Additionally, the material has no deformation or crack. It can resist both mildew and bacteria.
3. Plate material: The bedside is made of high density plate with its thickness of 4cm. The plate material has been approved by the national AA certification. It can not only guard against compression, moisture, and insects, but also provide high firmness as well as high strength of holding nails.
4. Sponge: We take advantage of the 35/45 high density sponge, which is highly elastic, and will not collapse or deform during a long-term use.
5. Glue: We adopt non-toxic type imported glue, which is strongly adhesive and eco-friendly. Its benzene content accords with the national standard.
6. Hardware: All connectors of our classical carved bed are imported from the renowned hardware suppliers in the world.
