The emulsified bitumen production plant is an energy-saving and environment-friendly machine developed by us. It is available in two models, LR05F and LR08AF. Due to the automatic control mode, our emulsified asphalt production system is capable of continuous production and it fits for on-site production of emulsified bitumen as well as cutback bitumen.

1. This emulsified bitumen production plant adopts frame structure, and it is compact with small size. Hence, it allows convenient transportation and is suitable for field operation.

2. Our emulsified asphalt production equipment uses two mixing tanks to supply emulsified water, realizing continuous production as well as high working efficiency.

3. The efficient heat exchanger cools finished emulsified bitumen to room temperature to enhance the stability during storage. In this process, the cooling water is heated, and then it is reused for the production. As a result, energy needed for heating cooling water is saved and the whole production cost is cut down.

4. The efficient emulsifying machine is applied, and it is equipped with specially processed stators and rotors. So, it shows excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, ensuring the emulsifying effect and storage stability of end product.

5. The heat transfer oil system is mainly used for the preheating of various pumps instead of conventional blowlamp, and this method is fast and convenient.

6. Clean water is heated by the heat conduction oil disk, and automatic temperature control is achieved.

7. The contents of bitumen, solvent, latex and emulsified water is automatically regulated via PLC, while the decrement feeding controller precisely controls feeding action and amount of emulsifier.

8. All the components that will come into contact with emulsion are made of high quality stainless steel to guarantee outstanding corrosion resisting property.
