Push Back Pallet Racking

This push back pallet racking is primarily formed by upright frame, horizontal beam, rail, and trolley. The rail is inclined at a certain angle and fixed on the horizontal beam of racking. A trolley runs along the racking. The pallet and goods are positioned on the sliding base. Subsequent pallets will push the previous pallets back. By far, at most 5 pallets can be pushed into the system. The sliding base spans across the sliding rail that has a certain angle of inclination. Thus, it will automatically slide forward.

The entire structure employs the principle of clip. The storage method of our product is identical to that of the drive-in pallet racking. However, the forklift is not required to enter the racking. Due to special design, our push back pallet racking can offer higher rate of space utilization than other ordinary racking. Additionally, it provides much higher safety performance and running efficiency than the drive-in type product.

1. This push back pallet racking features high storage density, but gives poor performance of storing or retrieving goods.
2. Compared with normal pallet racking, our product can save up to one third of space, which helps increase the storage density. Nevertheless, it is hard to achieve the first-in, first-out management of goods.
3. A forklift is generally used to load or retrieve the goods.
4. Our push back pallet racking can be extensively used in cold stores, books, electronics, and other industries. It is ideal for a limited range of items in large quantities, but not suitable for carrying too heavy goods.
5. Goods are able to automatically slide to the headmost storage place.
