Chip Spreader

SS1631D chip spreader is successfully developed on our own. It is a combination of advanced foreign techniques, our technical advantages, and construction experience. This new type road construction machine surpasses many similar products abroad, and it is used together with our bitumen distributor for chip sealing.

Applications
This product is a specialized machine for building asphalt pavement using layer spreading method. It is mainly used to evenly spread stone chippings on road surface that has been sprayed with bitumen in order to reinforce road surface, and the chippings should be within a certain particle size range. Meanwhile, this chip spreader is also applicable to the stone spreading in the construction of clay-bound macadam roads.

Features
1. Both electric and pneumatic components are used, and there is no need to make a major modification on the dump truck. Additionally, the truck mounted spreader is easily installed and uninstalled.
2. Electrically adjusted discharge door and monitoring device are optional. With the help of these optional devices, users are able to operate the machine in the cab.
3. Spraying process is steady and even. Each discharge door can be controlled separately to adjust spraying width.
4. This chip spreader is compatible with many kinds of trucks and it can be modified according to the dump truck.
