GDASY-C Gravure Printing Machine

To meet the demands of market, the GDASY-C gravure printing machine is made with some deletion on the GDASY-B type in 2009. It is improved on cost performance and operation. Customers can master the operating methods within shorter time. At printing speed of 130m/min, the product is extensively applied to paper, BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PVC shrink film, PE, nylon and other laminated films with similar nature.

Main Configurations
1.The main motor of the machine is equipped with inverter. The automatic tension controller is adopted in unwinding and dual torque motor is used for rewinding. Moreover, the motor drives the doctor blade to move from side to side in allowable three directions.
2. Apart from the automatic ink circulating system, the product employs the sealed drying oven, in which the temperature is controlled intelligently.
3. This gravure printing machine makes use of the pneumatic device without axle for mounting the printing form and double pneumatic cylinders for impressing.
4. During high speed operation, the product allows manual roll changing without stop.
5. It also adopts the automatic tracking system for color register.
6. In order to cool the film, the product is installed with the air cooling system.
