GWASY-A Gravure Printing Machine

Under the background of economic depression in 2008, this GWASY-A gravure printing machine was developed to have higher cost performance than the GDASY-A type. It has been the one of the major products in the domestic market of automatic printing machine all the time, even has exported to foreign market in Egypt, India, Sri Lanka, Poland, etc.

At the mechanical speed of 150m/min and printing speed of 130m/min, this product is suitable for printing paper and diverse combined films like PVC shrink film, nylon film and so on.

Main Configurations
1. This gravure printing machine is equipped with seven motors for driving, Yaskawa inverter, Siemens PLC and operating interface with double touching screen. It brings much convenience for operation.
2. This product allows automatic materials changing and connecting at high speed operation without stop.
3. It adopts the automated computer tracking system for color register and detection system for stationary picture.
4. With the pneumatic device without shaft, the printing form can be mounted simply.
5. In the printing structure, there are double pneumatic cylinders for impressing, self-locking equipment and impression roller. Therein, the impression roller is limited to move vertically, which is convenient for color register and protecting the cylinder from leaking air.
6. The automatic ink circulating system is installed in the machine.
7. The doctor blade allows adjusting in three directions and it is activated by motors for horizontal movement.
8. In the drying system with hot air circulation structure, the external drying oven is used for heating and the temperature can be controlled intelligently.
9. To cool the thin film, the gravure printing machine chooses air cooling and water cooling methods.
