ASY-E Gravure Printing Machine

This ASY-E gravure printing machine is an economical product improved into shaft-less pneumatic mounting structure in 2008 based on the manual machine. It has been the widely demanded product in domestic and taken the leading marker share among our other machines.

This product is also broadly applied to printing paper, BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PVC shrink film, PE, nylon film and other combined films in same nature. It usually works at machine speed of 110m/min and its printing speed is 80m/min.

Main Configurations
1. The gravure printing machine is installed with main motor with converter, automated tension controller for unwinding and rewinding motor with dual torque.
2. Without stop, the product allows manual roll changing. It also uses the manual color registering system.
3. As for mounting the printing form, the gear box with pneumatic clutch is adopted.
4. Adjusted in three directions, the doctor blade is driven by transmission shaft through cam for left or right movement.
5. The product makes use of double pneumatic cylinders for impression.
6. In the drying system, there are drying oven in sealed structure and intelligent temperature controlling device.
7. The thin film is cooled by the air cooling system.
