Main Configurations
1.Main transmission mechanism
The high speed dry laminating machine adopts the AC variable frequency vector to control the main transmission system. Moreover, the glue spreading roller and heating roller exert synchronized control on the tightness of the film in the drying oven through swing arm.

2. Unwinding system
For the first roll of material for unwinding, the machine uses the dual photoelectric corrective device and automatic tension controller to ensure the laminating film with even tension.

3. Glue spreading device
The anilox roller is glued and scraped by the doctor blade, which is used to control the glue spreading amount arbitrarily. Both of the doctor blade and glued roller adopt double cylinders to adjust the pressure randomly and the gluing film can be lifted automatically when the product stops.

4. Drying oven
The drying oven of the high speed dry laminating machine is equipped with four sections of intelligent temperature controller and four sections of independent temperature controlled hot air drying system. The hot air can be recycled to modulate the air absorbing and exhausting devices. Moreover, the material protective roller and the heating roller rotate synchronously. The drying oven also adopts the drying tunnel with gas cap and film penetrating platform. This device is electricity saving.

5. Laminating heating roller and compression roller
The laminating heating roller makes use of the conduction oil to get even heat with less electricity. The compression roller adopts double cylinders to control its pressure arbitrarily.

6. Rewinding device
As for rewinding, the torque motor exerts its actions.

This high speed dry laminating machine is mainly suitable for paper, BOPP, PET, CPP, PC, PVC aluminum coated film, aluminum foil and other combined films in the same nature. Furthermore, the speed of the product reaches 160m per minute.
