This GDASY-A gravure printing machine was developed in 2005. In the past years, it has been our main product with high technology.

Features
1.This product is similar to the current GDASY-AN type, however, it has less strict requirement on the floor in the workshop. Without limit on thickness, the flat floor made of concrete is available.

1.This product has been exported to the foreign market, like Egypt, Uzbekistan, Kenya, and Nigeria, especially India, Pakistan, Africa and other countries newly developing flexible packaging industry.

3. It is widely applied in printing paper, various plastic films and so on.

Configurations
1.This gravure printing machine adopts seven motors, Yaskawa inverter, Siemens PLC with dual touching screen operating interface.
2. With the automatic material changing and connecting, roll changing devices, the product keeps running at high speed without halt.
3. Apart from the inspection system for still image, the product performs with automatic color register tracked by computer.
4. The pneumatic mounting device without shaft is used to install the printing form to the machine.
5. The printing system consists of double pneumatic cylinders for pressing, self-locking device and impression roller, which moves in the limited range so as to render color easily and prevent the cylinder from air leakage.
6. Our product also adopts the automatic ink circulating system.
7. Adjusted in three directions, the doctor blade is driven by motors for left and right movement.
8. This gravure printing machine uses excellent drying system including the external drying oven for heating, hot air circulating structure and intelligent temperature controller.
9. As for the cooling system, the machine chooses air cooling and water cooling to decrease the temperature of the thin film.
