GDASY-AN Gravure Printing Machine

This GDASY-AN gravure printing machine is newly designed in 2013. Based on the GDASY-AE type, this product makes some modification and presents higher cost performance. It is our featured product for foreign market in the future.

Use and Marketing Situation
1. This product is widely used for paper, BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PVC, PVC shrink film, PE, nylon film and other combined films with similar performance.
2. Faced for food packaging industry and beverage label industry in China and foreign countries, this product is easily to be accepted by customers. At present, its market mainly resides in South America and the Middle East.

Characteristics
1.At the machinery speed of 180m/min, this gravure printing machine can print 150 meters of print matters within every minute.
2. The working area for this product is rigorously required. In the workshop, the ground in concrete structure should be thicker than 45cm at least and must be flat enough. The horizontal error will not exceed 10mm.

Main Configurations
1. As there is no connection device between the bases of the gravure printing machine, it brings convenience for mounting, demounting and operation.
2. Configured with the seven-motor drive system, the product adopts the Yaskawa inverter, Siemens PLC and operating interface with double touching screen.
3. With automatic materials changing and connecting, roll changing devices, it can still work at high speed without halt.
4. This product is also equipped with automated tracking color register system and inspection system for still pictures.
5. The printing form is mounted by the pneumatic device without shaft through mounting trolley.
6. Apart from dual pneumatic cylinders for impressing, the machine uses self locking device. The impression roller moves up and down within limitation to improve the color register and protect the cylinder from air leaking.
7. The ink of the machine can be recycled by its automatic circulation system.
8. Allowable adjustment in three directions, the doctor blade moves left or right driven by motor.
9. In the drying system, this gravure printing machine is configured with an external drying oven for heating with hot air circulation structure, as well as intelligent temperature controller.
10. Its cooling system works in two ways including water cooling and air cooling to keep the thin film cool.
