Composition of Our Production Line
This PU sandwich panel production line gives stable performance and high degree of automation. It is an combination of multiple functions, including uncoiling, cutting-out connection, laminating, beading / molding, preheating, polyurethane equipment double belt laminator, polyurethane high pressure foaming machine, continuous curing, cutting, stacking, packing, and other functions.
Uncoiling area: There are plenty of uncoiler, conveyor roller, cutting machine, laminating machine, and other equipment. All these devices make up the two-layer roll forming machine to transport the panels.
Panel-forming area: The panel-forming area of our PU sandwich panel production line is composed of the two-layer roll forming machine as well as the quick-change mechanism. It is able to produce various shapes of panels, which can meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Foaming area: The foaming area contains the high-pressure polyurethane foaming machine, casting machine, and the double-belt laminating machine, among others. This polyurethane foaming machine is designed with the electronic metering device and the automatic feeding system. Thus, the raw materials must be mixed in full compliance with the proportion, and the spraying can be uniform. Our double-belt machine comes with the precise temperature control system as well as the reliable foaming technique, which provides the panel with uniform foaming, high density, and firm bonding.
Saw-cutting area: The saw-cutting area consists of the sawing machine as well as the edge milling machine. It can accomplish the panel's fixed length cutting. In the stacking and packing area, our equipment sets include the quick conveyor roller, the auto flip, stacking machine, packing machine, and some others. They can finish such functions as transporting, flipping, moving, and packing. Also, they improve the efficiency of production line, and give wonderful packing effect. During production and transportation process, our PU sandwich panel production line will not be damaged.
Automated control system: Furthermore, this PU sandwich panel production line is equipped with the Simens control system. The humanized operation interface is convenient to be operated and monitored. This computer control system is advanced, and the parameters of the whole production line are adjusted easily. It effectively ensures the stable and high-efficiency operation of this line. This production line is designed by means of digesting and absorbing the foreign advanced technology.

1. This double belt machine adopts the stand-alone drivel. It has eliminated the asynchronous machine phenomenon, which is the most advanced driving method in the world.
2. By adoption of synchronous tracking software, the online cutting precision can reach /-1.5mm, and the shortest cutting length on line is 1.5mm.
3. Each time this PU sandwich panel production line starts working, the length of waste materials only varies from 3 to 5m. As a result, the production cost can be significantly reduced.
