Product Description
1. LED screen: It uses EPISTAR chips and has high refresh frequency and long service life. It is also easy to maintain.
2. Lifting system of LED screen: We use the electric putt as the lifting system. The synchronization error of two electric putts is only 1mm and the electric cylinder hardly needs any maintenance service within 3 years. The electric putt is highly safe and it will not fall down without manual operation.
3. Chassis: We adopt ISUZU chassis which meets Euro Ⅳ emission standard. The original imported motor generates low noise and is fuel-efficient. The cockpit is equipped with air conditioning, CD player, FM radio, and other devices.
4. Generator set: The generator set is specially designed for our fuel efficient LED advertising truck. The four fixed bolts and shock pad enable the generator to run normally when the truck is moving. By virtue of the unique ultra silent technology from Kipor Power, the noise generated is only 51dB at 7 meters away. As the generator room is installed with noise-absorbent cotton, the actual noise is even lower. In addition, an oil filter, a fuel filter, and an air filter are provided to facilitate maintenance.
5. Vehicle air-conditioner: Its most important function is to cool the LED screen and the generator. It can also cool the carriage and provide a very comfortable environment for the staff. The vehicle air-conditioner also has excellent quake-proof and waterproof performance.
6. Multi-media control system: The control cabinet integrates an industrial computer, amplifier, and operation buttons. Speakers are mounted on the frame of the carriage. With the multimedia control system, on-site live recording and broadcasting, television program broadcasting, live karaoke and other activities can be conducted.
7. Interior space optimization: There is a free space with the side area of 4.8m×1.6m in the carriage. Customers can use it as a reception room, a showroom, a dressing room, or others.
