Machine Components
This Z purlin forming machine is composed of run-out table, PLC control system, hydraulic post-cutting system, roll forming system, uncoiler and its base, as well as coil sheet guiding and adjusting device, and the optional hole-punching system. The raw material of forming die is GCr15 or Cr12, which is subjected to quenching process. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.

These produced Z shape purlins come in different sizes and thickness. They are always applied in the main architecture structure, roofing load bearing, as well as the wall supporting. Moreover, our machine is equipped with PLC control system. Based on requirements, the size of purlin can be set easily. The operation is really simple and stable.
