Our machine is constructed from galvanized steel sheet, or different colors of steel sheet or aluminum sheet. It is controlled manually. Its molding speed reaches up to 20m per minute. The forming die adopts GCr15 or Cr12 as its raw material, which has gone through quenching process. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.
