The whole line is made up of uncoiler and its base, coil sheet guiding and adjusting device, roll forming system, hydraulic post-cutting system, PLC control system, run-out table, as well as the optional hole-punching system.

The forming die is made from GCr15 or Cr12 using quenching process. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.
