Machine Components
Our steel T bar forming machine covers such components as uncoiler and its base, PLC control system, run-out table, roll forming system, coil sheet guiding and adjusting device, hydraulic post-cutting system, as well as the optional punching system.

This machine is able to manufacture different sizes of steel T bar in accordance with all kinds of ceilings. The finished steel T bar possesses smooth surface, as well as clear edges and corners. The cut has no residual burr or deformation, featuring beautiful appearance, precise specifications, and light weight but high strength. Our product is widely used for decorating the indoor suspended ceilings.

The roll forming part of our steel T bar forming machine is driven by motor. Chain or gearbox puts all rollers in motion. The press forming part is driven by hydraulic cylinder. It can press the color steel or light gauge steel belt into many sections like glazed tiles. The cutting part is also forced by hydraulic cylinder, and it can cut off color steel tiles. In terms of the production process, the color steel sheet enters the roll forming part firstly. After molding, it is sent to the press forming part and pressed into equidistant sections. The cutter is responsible for fixed-length cutting.

In addition, multi-level safety protection function is set up in normal production. Our equipment can run under fully automatic and manual control. The touch-screen operation provides convenience for users. Raw material of the forming die is 45# steel with quenching treatment. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.
