Machine Components
Inside this trapezoid roofing roll forming machine, there are uncoiler, coil sheet guiding device, film covering device, main roll forming system, cutting device, hydraulic station, PLC control system, as well as support table.


The PLC control system comes with multi-layer security protection during normal production process. Our product can realize the operation under automatic and manual control. It also employs the touch-screen operation and provides convenience for users.


This machine is able to produce different specifications of roofing sheets by adjusting the roller. Moreover, it can make the trapezoidal sheet which is used for special shaped roofs.


Raw material of forming die is subjected to the 45# steel quenching treatment. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.
