Our highway guardrail forming machine comes with PLC control system. During normal production process, it gives multi-level safety protection. This product can realize both automatically and manually controlled operation. A touch screen provides convenience for users. Furthermore, our clients can choose either gearbox drive or chain drive for our machine in compliance with their actual needs. The forming die is made from 45# steel through quenching treatment. The hardness is HRC56-62℃.

Main components of this machine include decoiler, leveling system, punching system, roll forming system, cutting device, hydraulic station, PLC control system, as well as product supporter.
