Diamond Face UV MDF

The diamond face UV medium density fiber board uses the UV coating spraying method for treating the surface to ensure the paint film is highly filled, glued and flat. Our product utilizes the international famous brand of UV paint, which contains 100% solid content through the extremely long low pressure and high gloss curing path. The excellent glossy and bright effect of surface improves the visual effect of the small space. Furthermore, the UV paint is outstanding decorative material for the board because of its smoothness, abrasive and corrosive resistance, antibiosis and other properties.

As for the appearance quality, processing precision, physical and mechanical properties, this UV paint meets the required standard of GB/T11718-1999 Medium Density Fiber Board. Its formaldehyde emission is in accordance with the standard of GB18580-2001 Indoor Decorating and Refurbishing Materials-Limit of Formaldehyde Emission of Wood-Based Panels and Finishing Products.

Compared with the conventional boards, the diamond face UV medium density fiber board is proved to have better physical and mechanical properties. The product will be not eclipsed durably and it prevents the phenomenon of chromatic aberration.
