Carbon Steel Wedge Wire Screen
Compared to the stainless steel type, the carbon steel wedge wire screen requires lower cost. Due to the zinc coated or plastic painted surface treatment, it is resistant to corrosion. Also, it holds the advantages, such as high strength, good hardness, excellent tensile property, and superior durability. This type of screen is suitable for single-layer or multi-layer sand prevention of vertical, horizontal, or inclined wells.
We can provide the wire screen with the size range of 51 to 508mm.The minimum slot width is of 0.1mm. That is to say, our product is fit for most sand-prevention tasks. It is manufactured and inspected in accordance with the SY/T 5182-2008 standard. As a result of the T shape slot design which allows the self-clean function, the screen will not be blocked, and is easy to back wash. Moreover, its optimal hole design and all-welded structure contribute to high strength. Likewise, customized service can be offered.
