Lithium Ion Rechargeable Cells

Lithium ion rechargeable cells, are components for secondary rechargeable batteries. They are well accepted by users due to their reliable and stable quality. These rechargeable cells could be further processed and assembled into finished batteries for use in various electronic products, such as mobile phones, digital electronic products, laptops, navigation systems, satellite positioning systems, model aircraft, electric tools, and so on.

Our lithium ion rechargeable cells are manufactured in a square or cylindrical shape. The cylindrical ones are mainly intended for use in laptops. Our high capacity rechargeable cells are available in a variety of models, and please refer to the PDF at the bottom for detailed model information.

Operation Instruction
Charge

Charging temperature: 0-45℃
Charge the cell at a constant current charge rate of 0.5C until 4.20V is achieved. Charge rates higher than 1C are NOT recommended. (C: Rated Capacity of cell)
Use a constant current, constant voltage (CC/CV) lithium-ion (Li ) cell charge controller.
Continuously charging the cell over a specified time should be avoided.

Discharge
Discharging temperature: -20-60℃ (recommended temp. 0-40℃)
Recommended cut-off voltage is 3.0V. Recommended maximum discharge rate is 1C at constant current.
For maximum performance, discharge the cell within a temperature range of –20°C to 45°C.

Storage Recommendations
Store lithium ion rechargeable cell at –20°C to 45°C in a low humidity, no corrosive gas atmosphere.
No press on the product.
In case of long period storage (more than 3 months), store the product at –10 to 20°C in a low humidity, non-corrosive gas environment.

Standard Test Conditions
Unless otherwise specified, all tests stated in this Product Specification are conducted at a temperature of 20℃±5℃ and humidity of 65%±20%.
Standard Charge Method: The Standard Charge means charging the cell at a constant current of 0.2C5A until the voltage attains 4.2V, and then charging at a constant voltage of 4.2V until its current is less than 0.02C5A.
Quick Charge Method: The Quick Charge means charging the product at a constant current of 1C5A (note: if the capacity is equal to or greater than 1200mAh, the charge current is 0.5C5A) until the voltage is 4.2V, and then charging at a constant voltage of 4.2V until its current is less than 0.02C5A.

Cycle Life
Lithium ion cell cycle life is equal to or more than 300 cycles (capacity retention≥80%)
The cycle life test shall be conducted as the following procedures:
Charge the cell in accordance with standard charge method, and store it for 0.5h-1h, then discharge it to the end-off voltage with the current of 1C current (note: if the capacity is not less than 1200mAh, the discharge current is 0.5C), after that, store it for 0.5h-1h before starting next charge-discharge cycle. The product shall be continuously charged and discharged for 300 times.

Open Circuit Voltage: 3.6V - 4.0V during shipment.

Our lithium ion rechargeable cell is compliant with UL, IEC 62133 and RoHS standards.
