Based on hot rolled product, the cold rolled steel coil is rolled again below the recrystal temperature, generally at room temperature. The full-hard coil plate, belonging to this series, evolves from the hot rolled product through pickling and cold rolling. Apart from the former two processes, the annealed product also needs annealing in hood-type furnace, leveling and finishing. Our product is widely used for frame of window, home appliances, raw material for galvanizing, auto sheet, etc.

Comparison with Full-hard Coil Plate
1. Seen from the appearance, the full-hard coil plate is a little blacker.
2. The cold rolled steel coil performs better on surface, structure, dimensional precision and other aspects.
3. After cold rolling, the full-hard coil plate that forms directly out of the hot rolled product hardens so that the yield strength increases. There are some internal stress remaining and its surface is very hard. As the full-hard coil has higher yield strength than the annealed cold rolled coil, the latter one is easier for stamping and shaping.
