This reinforced pipe is constructed from the extruded PVC resin through heating process. It is a new generation of PVC-U duct by adoption of special moulds and forming technology. Also, it has been a hi-tech product since its development in the 1990s. Our product can be applied to municipal drainage and sewage works.

Under the same external pressure load capacity, the material reduction of our product can be 30% more than that of the ordinary PVC-U solid-wall pipe. Both our product and PVC-U double-wall corrugated pipe have the basically identical design goal. Actually, this product is a type of structured wall pipe.

Merits

1. Our reinforced pipe belongs to the flexible tubing, which is allowed to have large axial bending. The connection type of elastic rubber ring provides outstanding leakage resistance. Even if the foundation produces differential settlement, no leakage will occur. Also, our product has nice adaptability to soft soil.

2. Additionally, our pipe offers high ring stiffness, great lateral strength, as well as wonderful toughness.

3. With light weight, this product can be easily transported, handled, loaded, or unloaded, which brings great convenience for construction.

4. The inner surface of our PVC-U pipe is smooth, thereby reducing the flow resistance of liquid.

5. The easy connection makes this product has low demand for the foundation and backfill materials.

6. Due to its high corrosion resistance, our reinforced pipe will not be affected by the surrounding soil or water quality.
