L/B Stopping Angle
The L/B stopping angle is designed with a perforated, recessed edge. It is commonly used when the fitting of a stopping bead proves to be difficult. It can also be used in areas with unexposed building-board edges. The stopping angle is fixed to the sheet of a building board with either staples or adhesives. Finishing coats will bond onto the building board, feathering up to the bead nib. This product is ideally implemented around door jambs. This type of application is best coupled with a 10mm building board. A 13mm type should be used so that the leg can slot easily into the door jamb. 13mm boards should be paired with L/B stopping angles have leg lengths of 10mm, 13mm, and 16mm, respectively.
