5. Property
Pale yellow to pink powder, density is 1.26-1.32g/cm3, melting point above 96℃; insoluble in water, soluble in gasoline, easily soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene, toluene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, and other organic solvents.

6. Use
DZ has the best scorch resistance among all sulfenamide accelerators. Its scorch resistance and operational safety performance are superior to those of DIBS. It is mainly used for the manufacture of tires, belts, and shock absorbers.
